Our Policy 

Retainer Policy

To secure your booking, a 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required. Please note:

  • We accept payments through Venmo, Chime Zelle, Pay Pal and Apple Pay. Cash payments may be considered upon approval of the owner. 

  • Retainers are due at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event, except for travel clients who must pay the full balance one week in advance.

  • For bookings made less than 4 days in advance, Full Payment is required. No full payment, no service.

**PLEASE NOTE**

We do require booking at least two weeks in advance. Last minute booking will include additional LATE FEE/FAST SHIPPING FEE. Any bookings later than 1 week will NOT be accepted unless the owner accepts. Expedite Fee will automatically be required on bookings less than 4 days in advance.

  • Process bookings and payments.

  • Communicate about your reservation, changes, or updates.

  • Provide a seamless and personalized décor experience.

  • Improve our services based on customer feedback.

3. Payment & Security

  • All payments are processed securely via Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

  • We do not store or share your financial information.

  • To prevent fraud, all transactions must be verified before service is rendered.

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for service fulfillment (e.g., hotel coordination).

5. Safety & Liability

  • We take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and professional setup.

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any venue restrictions or safety regulations.

  • We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or venue-related issues beyond our control.

6. Policy Updates

B.Loved Creations and More reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.

Payments & Invoice

After booking, you will receive an invoice via email detailing all charges.

  • Please read and sign your invoice to confirm your booking.

  • The invoice provides a breakdown of all requested services and associated fees to avoid any confusion.

REFUNDS

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS.  We assure you every effort in decorating for your event will be created with the best of our ability. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services.
